Ideal Canidates

House Cleaning Managers are responsible for leading and motivating a team of cleaning professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

  • Prior cleaning experience, or you just love cleanliness!

  • Have prior management experience and strong leadership skills

  • Have a passion for creating clean and organized homes

  • Are dedicated, driven, and have a strong attention to detail

  • Have a desire to provide excellent customer service

Basic Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing schedules and assignments, mentoring and training team members, and ensuring the health and safety of our team and customers.

  • Providing onsite client estimates.

  • Managing a team of professional cleaners

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning services

  • Ensure all supplies are ordered and ready for service.

  • Ensuring the satisfaction of our clients

  • Managing schedules and assignments

  • Ensuring the health and safety of our team members and customers is a top priority

Requirements

  • Available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, optional Saturdays

  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Pass a rigourouse background check

  • Reliable transportation to drive to client homes (Mileage is reimbursed)

  • You will need a smart phone (Iphone or Android)
